Privacy

When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password (via Supabase Auth). When you make a render we store the input image you uploaded, the generated output image, and the prompt that produced it. When you buy tokens, Stripe handles payment — we never see your card number.

We use your account info to operate Listing House: log you in, process renders, send transactional email if needed (e.g. password reset). We use your render history to power the feedback loop — your upvoted prompts are reused as few-shot examples on your future renders, and only on yours.

We do not use your uploaded photos to train models. We do not sell or share your photos with third parties. Your photos are stored privately in your account and only you (and our service workers required to generate the render) can access them.

Listing House relies on Supabase (auth, database, storage), OpenAI (image generation), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We transmit only the data each needs to do its job: your image and prompt to OpenAI for the duration of one render, your billing info to Stripe at checkout, your account/session data to Supabase.

Your renders are kept indefinitely in your account so you can re-download them. If you want everything deleted, email us and we'll delete your account, all renders, and all billing records within 7 days.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it — no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics cookies.
