Are the photos MLS-ready?+
Yes. Output is high-resolution PNG. Most MLS systems accept these directly. Some require disclosure that an image is virtually staged — Listing House does not add watermarks, so you can comply with disclosure rules in the listing copy.
What happens to the photos I upload?+
Your inputs and outputs are stored privately in your account. Only you can access them. We do not use your photos to train models or share them publicly.
How is this different from VirtualStagingAI / BoxBrownie / etc?+
