More than staging
Seven more tools for the photos staging can't fix.
Same $1/photo, same pipeline. Drag the sliders to compare. Every broker workflow Hometrack and BoxBrownie charge $20+ a photo for — built-in, à la carte.

Daytime → dusk.
Turn any daytime exterior into a magazine twilight shot — interior lights on, blue-pink dusk sky, warm path lighting.

Remove distractions.
A trash can, a parked car, a power line — tell us what to remove and we fill in seamlessly behind it.

Recover blown-out views.
Interior shots with overexposed windows? We restore what's actually outside the glass without touching the room.

Recover shadow + highlight.
Pulls back blown highlights, lifts dark corners, tasteful vibrance. Photorealistic, not the over-cooked HDR look.

Overcast → sunny.
Shot a listing on a grey day? Replace the dull sky with a deep blue + light clouds, lighting matched.

Revive the lawn.
Brown / dormant lawn becomes lush green. Surrounding plants, fences, hardscape untouched.

Murky → sparkling.
Green or debris-filled pool water becomes clean sparkling blue. Deck, tile, and landscape unchanged.

Built for NYC
Tuned for the rooms you actually list.
Most staging tools are trained on suburban open-plan rooms. They faceplant on a 280 sqft Hell's Kitchen studio with a radiator under the window. We tune for the rooms that pay your bills: railroad apartments, prewar two-bedrooms, brownstone parlors, walk-up kitchens. Works great anywhere — but it's sharpest in New York.
- Prewar moldings preserved
- Awkward layouts handled
- Brownstone & walk-up tested
- Micro-apartment sizing
- Radiators and fire escapes left alone
- Hardwood and parquet floor accuracy
How we're different
Everyone uses the same models.
We just know how to use them.
Every virtual staging tool runs on the same handful of frontier image models. The model is a commodity. The prompts behind it are not. That's where we win.
Our prompts evolve themselves.
Other tools use a prompt some engineer wrote once and forgot about. We built an AI agent that writes new prompts, renders test images, judges them, and rewrites the prompts to be better — over and over. By the time you upload your photo, the prompt behind your render has been refined automatically, not by hand.
Then it specializes for you.
Inside the product, you upvote what you like. We save those renders and feed them back into your next one as examples. By your tenth listing, the AI has learned your taste — your furniture, your palette, your density. Other tools give every broker the same model. Yours becomes uniquely yours.
One foundation that gets sharper for everyone. One personal layer that's yours alone.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Why use virtual staging instead of physical staging?+
Physical staging runs $500–$2,000 per room per month and takes 1–2 weeks to set up. Virtual staging starts at $1 per photo, takes minutes, and lets you market a property immediately — including vacant or tenant-occupied units where physical staging isn't an option. Most NYC brokers now use a mix: physical for the open-house weekend, virtual for the rest of the marketing cycle.
Are the photos MLS-ready?+
Yes. Output is high-resolution PNG, no watermark, no model claims overlaid. Most MLS systems accept these directly. Some require you to disclose that an image is virtually staged — Listing House doesn't add watermarks, so you handle the disclosure line in your listing copy per local rules.
What happens to the photos I upload?+
Your inputs and outputs are stored privately in your account. Only you can access them. We do not use your photos to train models or share them publicly.
How is this different from VirtualStagingAI / BoxBrownie / etc?+
Most tools use the same image models we do — the difference is the prompts. Our base prompts aren't hand-written; an AI agent rewrites and evolves them automatically until they beat anything a human could type. Then your upvotes inside the product personalize a second layer just for you — so your tenth listing reflects your taste, not someone else's template. Plus de-staging is a first-class feature, and we tune everything for NYC prewar architecture.
What if I don't like the result?+
Downvote it and we exclude that prompt from your future renders. If a render fails outright, we automatically refund the token.
Do tokens expire?+
No. Buy what you need, use them whenever.
Can I get bulk pricing for a brokerage?+
