Terms of service

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your account.

Only photos you have the right to use. Specifically: rooms you own, are listing as an agent, or have permission to virtually stage. No people in the frame, no copyrighted content you don't own, nothing illegal. We may refuse or remove renders that violate this.

You own the rendered images. Use them on listings, MLS, brokerage sites, social, marketing materials. Some MLS jurisdictions require you to disclose that an image was virtually staged — Listing Housedoes not watermark renders, so you have flexibility, but it's on you to comply with local disclosure rules.

Tokens are pre-paid credits. One token = one render. Tokens don't expire and aren't cash. They are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or as a courtesy. If a render fails for technical reasons, the token is automatically refunded.

All purchases are processed through Stripe. Listing House does not store your payment method.

Listing Houseuses generative AI. Output is photo-realistic but not always perfect. We don't guarantee any specific result, listing performance, sale outcome, or MLS approval. Review every render before using it.

We'll keep Listing Houserunning as reliably as we reasonably can but we don't guarantee uptime, render speed, or that the service will exist forever. We may change pricing, features, or shut down with reasonable notice.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of Listing House. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes we'll let you know via email or in-app notice.
